EVP Sales

Andrew is an advertising industry leader with 20+ years of experience in sales, brand building, and innovation. His career includes stints in NYC at Turner Broadcasting and the NBA, where he helped sales teams generate record revenues, respectively.  Next, he joined Viacom, where, as a team leader he was involved in the creation and selling of some of Viacom’s highest profile, most enduring, and cutting edge sponsorships with blue chip advertisers such as Unilever, Pepsi, Nationwide, Jaguar, IBM, VW, etc across all MTV Music & Entertainment Networks (MTV, Comedy Central, etc.).  After nearly 10 years with Viacom in NYC, he moved on to run sales for Shazam in LA.  In this capacity his team achieved record revenue and personnel growth, while truly innovating in partnerships with Apple, Disney, Pepsi, Universal, & Levi’s, to name a few. He was the driving force behind app enhancements such as visual recognition, beacons, 360 video, and augmented reality.  These innovations led to several award winning, groundbreaking campaigns including a collaboration with Vogue & Target which made Vogue magazine directly shoppable at Target.com via the Shazam app, as well as ThinkLA’s Digital campaign of the Year with Sony Pix, for their “Annie” release. After Shazam, he spent the next year at 8i where he helped execute first of their kind global AR/VR campaigns for the likes of Sony Pix, MTV, and Verizon, among others.

Richard D’Alessio is an acclaimed television commercial Director. He has consistently been a visionary of short-form storytelling, audience insights and consumer behaviour, helping brands transcend borders and build loyalty. Richard has directed some of the most influential branded content and commercials in the last two decades, from the American Express Jerry Seinfeld and Superman campaign to his four top ten Super Bowl commercials, including his number one rated Bud Lite Super Bowl ad. Richard has successfully launched major brands in 43 countries spanning over 500 commercials. Richard has served as a creative director for several Social Media studios helping them launch brands that include www.Copa90.com, Maker Studios and UnpluggedTV.Richard has served as Creative Director at several top entertainment agencies that include Troika, MOcean and BPG.  Richard’s vast experience also includes working with networks such as Showtime, SyFy, ABC, NBC, Lifetime, Discovery, Food Network, and Netflix where he launched campaigns for, Shameless, Ray Donovan, Secrets and Lies, Witches of East End, Magicians, Jay Leno’s Garage among others.  His high impact ideas helped shows capture record-breaking audiences and sustaining viewer engagement.

Chris is an acclaimed Music Video Director with over 250 videos to his credit for artists such as Rihanna, Hilary Duff, Britney Spears, Usher, Miley Cyrus, Mariah Carey, and Selena Gomez garnering 31 #1 hits on MTV. Winner of 25 MTV, MTV Europe, Billboard, and Much Music awards and 6 Grammy nominations including MTV’S Video of the Year for Rihanna’s “UMBRELLA”. He has directed commercials for for such brands as Smirnoff, Head&Shoulders, Carl’s JR, Bud Light, and Hugo Boss. His Carl’s Jr’s commercial starring Paris Hilton and Kate Upton were the #1 most aired commercials in the history of television. With the Kate Upton commercial driving a 104% increase in traffic and over 3 billion impressions within the first three weeks of airing.

Originally from Oregon and now living in Las Vegas, Brooke has successfully self-taught her way into the world of creative direction and photography. Her photos focus on equal parts femininity, attitude, and 80’s and 90’s nostalgia and have created a vibe that’s uniquely her own. She has used Instagram as a way of storytelling without any limits or censorship. She has been a “Go To” for iconic American brands like Wrangler, Lee Jeans, Dickies and Polaroid. Her work is showcased at the Plaza Hotel in Las Vegas and has been a major factor for the marketing of the hotel. Brooke has always been a trend setter and her work is reposted and celebrated all over the world on 100’s of Instagram channels on a daily basis.

CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Originally from Russia, Kat Irlin has climbed New York city ranks to become a top creative director and fashion photographer. She boasts an Instagram following of over 1.4M, shooting for every high-fashion brand from Chanel to Dior to Louis Vuitton. Her retro, feminine vibe highlights the detail and beauty in ready-to-wear looks, women and scenery, consistently creating remarkable campaigns for her clients. She has shot fo such magazines as US Vogue, Numero Russia, L’Officiel, Paper, WWD, Harpers’ Bazaar, Details, Esquire and Conde Nast Traveller. Kat has an incredible eye and her deft skills with the camera are only further accentuated by the fact that she shoots everything in high heels. A one of a kind and prolific fine art photographer who’s work is showcased across the globe in magazines and on 100’s of Instagram channels on a daily basis.
